Seeing what the tools did

While a turn runs, each tool result collapses to one line: the transcript is a conversation, not a log. To see more:

• Failures show themselves. A failed tool prints its first lines without you asking, so you can see why.
• /verbose shows each tool's full output as it runs. /verbose off stops it, and plain /verbose toggles.
• /output reprints the last tool result in full, after the fact. /output 3 goes three results back. Nothing extra is stored for this: the whole output was always kept in the conversation.

Very long output is capped, with a note saying how much was left out.
